AVNAH Fashion Exhibition Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that empowers youth through fashion, art, and education. We provide youth sewing workshops, design classes, and couture exhibitions that teach trade skills, inspire creativity, and create pathways to future careers and entrepreneurship.

AVNAH Fashion Exhibition Inc. is a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to providing underserved youth with a creative learning environment to develop trade skills and artistic abilities that can lead to future careers in fashion and the arts.
We bridge the gap of art, fashion and education through youth educational sewing classes, creative sewing workshops, trade skill development and immersive fashion exhibitions to inspire skill and self-expression. Through workshops, sewing classes, and exhibitions, we empower youth to develop real trade skills, express their individuality, and explore career paths in design and the creative industries. Our programs help youth build confidence, discipline, and purpose while offering a positive and inspiring space that keeps them engaged, focused, and driven toward a brighter future.
The AVNAH Fashion Exhibition Inc. Gala
The AVNAH Fashion Exhibition Inc. Gala will feature an elegant showcase of mannequins dressed in couture garments created by both emerging and established fashion designers, as well as select celebrity archive pieces. Styled in the spirit of a Met Gala display, the exhibition highlights fashion as both an art and a form of cultural expression, allowing visitors to experience the craftsmanship, creativity, and history behind each design. Each mannequin serves not only as a visual centerpiece but as an educational tool, accompanied by information about the designer, construction techniques, and cultural significance of the garment.
Designed to be both inspiring and educational, this immersive fashion exhibition offers the public an opportunity to appreciate fashion in a museum-style setting while also learning about design, textile work, and garment construction. By bringing these displays to venues, colleges, museums, and community institutions, AVNAH Fashion Exhibition Inc. bridges the gap between art and trade, providing students and the public a deeper understanding of the creative and professional world of fashion.
At each AVNAH Fashion Exhibition Inc. Gala, guests will be invited to support our nonprofit mission through on-site donations. Donation stations will be set up throughout the exhibition space, including secure collection boxes and QR codes that link directly to our online giving platform. This allows attendees to contribute in the way that is most convenient for them. All QR code donations will receive a tax receipt via email.
Donations collected during the exhibitions will go directly toward funding our educational programs, sewing education, sewing workshops, and skill-building opportunities for youth. Every contribution helps provide essential resources such as sewing machines, fabric, notions, supplies, and instructor support, while also covering exhibition needs like mannequins, displays, and layouts.
By making giving a visible and accessible part of the exhibition experience, attendees can immediately see how their support contributes to inspiring youth, strengthening families, and enriching communities. In this way, the exhibition not only showcases fashion as an art form but also becomes a platform for real and lasting change.
